Adam from Sydney claims that ever since he got into a regular training regime, he's kicked a lot of his old nasty habits.
One of them was alcohol.
'I used to smash a slab every weekend' he said.
But those days are long gone, and Adam now claims that he's kicked his nasty habits in return for a far healthier lifestyle.
'The way I see it [sniffs], alcohol is just [sniffs], empty calories... You know what I [sniffs] mean?'
When asked how he manages to go out every weekend and stay up so long, enjoying him self, Adam was quick to let us know that you don't need to be 'on anything' to have a good time. You just need cocaine. It's zero calories.
