This is why you should NEVER lock out on a leg press

For those that get a kick out of seeing other people hurt them selves in gruesome ways, the last two days on our website must be a feast for your eyes. Yesterday we showed you an athlete who tore his bicep muscle whilst attempting a deadlift. 

A handful of viewers were quick to criticise his form, citing that the underhand grip was to blame for the tear. Now, following on that topic of form, the below video could just well be one of the most cringeworthy injuries we've ever seen, so you have been warned.

Ouch, right? There's a reason we don't lock out when we're doing leg presses/squats. This video goes to show that no matter how light the weight is, if the form is off, you're going to have a bad time.
