Essential Amino Acids

EEAs, otherwise known as Essential Amino Acids, are not produced naturally by the body, so they have to be obtained from the foods we eat. The 9 essential amino acids are: histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan, and valine. Each of these amino acids have unique properties and play crucial roles in our working bodies.
