HOW TO PREPARE:
In your UPS SHAKER, mix 1 scoop (50g) with 75ml water or milk, and shake vigourously for 30 seconds. Allow to stand for 1 minute, then pour batter in small (apple sized) servings into a greased fry pan. Cook each side on low heat for 1-2 minutes and enjoy!
